Managing Director
Simon came to Jagged Globe in 1995, after being in the British Army. He has been to Everest three times, including leadership of our successful 1996 expedition.
Head of Operations
Ed came to Jagged Globe in 2001, a successful Mountaineering Instructor. He led an expedition for us to Mera Peak in Nepal, Norway, Peru Scottish Winter Courses Instructor, & more.
Accounts
Pauline has been our accountant since 2004. She has trekked in Bolivia and India and has even been known to tie into a rope every now and then for a spot of rock climbing!
Customer Support Manager
Rosie joined Jagged Globe in 2015 after completing her Physical Geography degree. Rosie will help you by answering your calls, emails, booking your flights and liaising with our agents.
Marketing Director
Tom joined Jagged Globe in 1999 and is responsible for developing our range of climbing, trekking and skiing trips. He is an experienced, all-round climber with first ascents in the UK, Canada and Greenland.
Operations Assistant
Natalie joined Jagged Globe in 2005. She has climbed Kilimanjaro, summited Stok Kangri, taken part in our Alpine Courses & more! A key member of our operations team managing our hotel and Alpine hut bookings.
Customer Support Assistant
Becky joined the team in 2022 and supports Rosie in Customer Support. She has a background in Customer Service and will help you with your enquiry, your booking and any admin relating to your trip.
Company Doctor
Dr David Hillebrandt is Jagged Globe’s Medical Advisor. An active mountaineer based in North Devon, David combines his professional expertise with a passion for climbing in remote locations.
